I had the good fortune to meet the author, Gelong Thubten, in person on several occassions during my time working at Google, where he gave meditation lessons and talks about awareness in the business context.

Don't get me wrong I am a positive person and I do appreciate all the little things in life, I don't need much to feel happy, a good book, a cup of coffee by the fire, a cwtch from my Coops and my family around me is all I need but sometimes the sad thoughts creep in.
